As a two-time Science Communications Intern at NASA and the National Institute of Aerospace, I consulted with NASA STEM education specialists, program managers, and subject-matter experts from various states and regions to improve projects and multimedia resources, enhancing the overall user experience for a variety of audiences.I also analyzed social media metrics from social media campaigns to improve and support NASA-sponsored activities, and supported formal and informal outreach events through storytelling to help communicate science-based topics to multiple audiences, from K-12 to educators within various fields.I was also contracted to develop and illustrate Science Practices Posters through a collaborative effort between the National Institute of Aerospace, NASA eClips, and NASA! Through a series of 15 illustrative posters, the project focused on representing diverse learners engaging in science practices.
